TRIPLE TRANSPORTER PROJECT

This is one of the challenged and different sequence project. There are 26 tanks in the project. The process of the project is as follows: LOAD à  DECREASING à WATER RINSE à ACID DRAIN à WATER RINSE à ELECTROPLATING à WATER RINSE à ZINC PLATING à WATER RINSE à UNLOAD. In this project, three transporters are working in same time with co-ordination each other. More safety interlocks are done to avoid the accidents between the three transporters. When the main supply power gets "OFF" the three transporters are stop their current positions and the power will get "ON", after pressing the start signal the transporters starts from their current positions. This is used to reduce the cycle time and increase the protection with 0% defective components. And also provided the current running feedback display and transporters waiting delay time setting screens are displayed in HMI.

ARM HOLE MACHINE

To get high accuracy of hole positions, using of Servo amplifier for job movement and the hole made by drill and reamer fixed in a single rod. The movement of the drill head is controlled by hydraulic press. The speed of the spindle is controlled by Mitsubishi VFD. By the combination of these can get more accuracy holes in a job. Also provided the servo movement position setting screens and cycle running feedback displays are displayed in HMI. The total functions are controller by the PLC.

LEAK TESTING MACHINES

These types of machines are used to find out the leak in a component by using vacuum pressure. To know the leak value in a component for segregate quality and unqualified components. Done the communication with Air Supply Unit (ASU) through RS-232 communication. Read the leak value from the ASU and done the comparison with set value in HMI. Finally give the result, the component OK or NOT OK as per the leak value.

 

 

 

 

DRY AND WET RECTIFICATION MACHINE USING RFID

This project is based on communication with RFID and bar code reader. In this project, every ballet contains a single component is moving through a conveyor. Before reach this rectification machine, the bar code contains all data with date and time with test results. When reach the rectification machine, first read the data about the particular component from the bar code reader through RS-232 / RS-485 communication between PLC and Bar code reader unit. After corrected the defective tests, write the data to the data storage card fixed in a particular ballet contain the component.

Description

 

This Machine consists of six stages and is used for assembling of brake assembly. First stage is Assembling of back plate with wheel cylinder by nut runner. Unload from first stage reverse the component and load in second stage. Here shoes are assembled. Stage three SHD component is loaded and in fourth stage outer diameter of shoe is aligned. Fifth stage is the inspection by probe sensing and sixth stage is date code printing. This machine is operated by pneumatic with PL integration
